Stephen Gilbert, the Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for St Columb Major, has given his support to the group leading the town's regeneration.

Speaking after attending the first steering group in the town hall, Stephen said:

"There is a clear need to regenerate St Columb. It's a growing town with some very historic sites. I'm delighted that the steering group has come together to work through the best way to get the most for the town in the future. I will be glad to help in any way that I can."
